After her ''Saas-Bahu'' sagas, television Czarina Ekta Kapoor is now coming up with a different genre of serial that has been inspired by the under belly of the city. The serial, a poignant drama titled ''Bayttab Dil Ki Tamanna'', was launched here last night and will be aired on Sony Entertainment Television."After creating a genre like ''saas bahu'', we are coming up with a real-life story that depicts the harsh reality of this urban jungle," Kapoor, the creative director of Balaji Telefilms, said at the launch. She also launched another commercial potboiler titled ''Pyaar Ka Bandhan''.
Present on the occasion was her father Jeetendra, a leading star of yesteryears, who when asked about doing full-fledged roles on the small screen said, "it all depends on Ekta, whenever she has a good script ready for me, I will be on television." While ''Bayttab Dil Ki Tamanna'' will be telecast from October 6, the other one will be aired from October 7.
