Shah Rukh Khan congratulated the Bachchans, as he tweeted ‘@juniorbachchan how beautiful is this feeling. Allah bless u and Aish. Dying to come & see the three of u…YAY!!!! Now u really r PA lov u.’

To Amitabh, he tweeted: ‘yippeeee!!! All love & health & happiness…this is Masha Allah absolutely beautiful. Bless u Sir. This calls for a dance!!!’

The birth of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s first child, a baby girl Wednesday, brought cheer in tinsel town as celebrities like Anupam Kher, Javed Akhtar, Sonam Kapoor and Bipasha Basu tweeted congratulatory messages to the Bachchan family welcoming the little “angel”.

Aishwarya delivered her bundle of joy at a private hospital in Mumbai a few minutes before 10 a.m.

Soon after Abhishek tweeted “”IT’S A GIRL!!!!!!  ))))”, and proud grandfather, megastar Amitabh Bachchan posted “I AM DADA to the cutest baby girl, A dada ji … Ecstatic” on the micro-blogging site, good wishes started pouring in.

Abhishek Bachchan - The Latest To Enter The Tattoo World

Abhishek Bachchan confessed, on a promotional event of Dum Maro Dum, that he would love to express his love to Aishwaraya by flaunting a tattoo.
Now, Ashwarya can also proudly enter the groups of Kareena and Suzzane. The only thing that is stopping Abhishek from getting a tattoo done is that he is unable to decide on the design.
But the actor is keen on giving his love a fresh touch.

Abhishek Bachchan & Katrina Kaif - The Power Of Three

The actors who have worked in Ram Gopal Varma’s Sarkar few years back, will be teaming up for not less than three movies. They have signed Tarun Mansukhani’s Dostana 2, Abbas-Mustan’s Italian Job and Vipul Shah’s next. Katrina and Abhishek will begin work on Dostana 2 as soon as Katrina returns in the first week of August from the shooting of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.
Abhishek and Katrina worked together in Sarkar about five years ago. So how closely they know each other?
“But that was so long ago!” Katrina tells Mumbai Mirror, “We were both different persons and different actors back then. So much has changed. I hardly know Abhishek that well.”

Aishwarya Finds A Good Father Within Abhishek

“Everybody has been asking me if Abhishek will be a good paa (father) in connection with the release of our forthcoming production Paa. I think it’s silly for me to be even making the statement. It’s given - I married the man. So obviously I have the conviction in the husband he is or the father he will be,” said Aishwarya.
Asked about Abhishek’s qualities that would make him a good father, Aishwarya laughed and said, “He is very real, very rooted and very human - which I absolutely relate to. His values are evident for everybody to see. We have known each other for so many years.
“I’ve seen him with his niece and nephew since the time they were babies. He is so great with kids and I’ve seen that for the longest time with (his sister Shweta’s children) Navya (Naveli) and Agastya. I have no doubts on him whatsoever.”
Aishwarya, who will be seen with Abhishek in Ravana, was in New Delhi on Monday to launch the Longines PrimaLuna, a new watch range inspired by the moon and galaxy.

Abhishek Bachchan To Be Directed By Prabhu Deva

It was a surprise but also a fact that Prabhu Devaa’s ‘Wanted’ ripped the screens, becoming a blockbuster instantly. Several production houses were lined up to sign in the talented South filmmaker for their projects. But Prabhu Devaa bagged it really ‘Big’, literally.
Sources have it that AB Corp will be producing a Prabhu Devaa’s directorial venture which will have Abhishek Bachchan as its hero. Incidentally, the director had proposals from producers like Boney Kapoor and Sajid Nadiadwala. But looks like Prabhu Devaa found ABCL too tempting.
Sources revealed, “Prabhu Devaa had narrated the idea to Abhishek around 20 days ago and he loved it instantly and immediately agreed to do it. So now, Prabhu Devaa is busy working on the script. The film is a typical Prabhu Devaa film with an abundance of romance and heavy action. The film will go on the floors around June next year.” Source
